I found this book to be very thought provoking. Really highlighted areas of ‘ failure’ in my last organization and why it ultimately did not survive. It has really helped me as an employee, prior leader and stakeholder look at job postings, positions differently and ask those important questions of my potential employer. I look forward to working with this new knowledge to help myself and others.

This book is awesome!!! I am starting a new job inQuality and patient safety. The chapters are short and full of information. I always questioned what a HRO truly entails, but now I am so motivated to actually study. I give this book 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
