First one didn't adhere to case and came off a couple weeks later. This one has been on for several months and the metal piece broke off! Maybe my expectations are too high. It should last as long as the case...

I've gotten this same ring before. I knew in time, it would get loose. It fell apart. But, I had it for a decent amount of time with super heavy use.This new one seems stiffer. I hope it lasts a long time or at least as long as the last one.Both of the times I've had these, the adhesive was surprisingly strong and reliable. (I'm clumsy). It's pretty, comfortable, versatile, the size is just right.

I love the look, and have gotten multiple compliments on this classy little cell phone ring! Works good as a finger ring so I'm less likely to drop my phone while using it, and so far I haven't had any issues with adhesion. My only complaint is that 7 weeks after installation, the hinge of the ring has lost all tension, allowing it to flop around. I can no longer use it as a kickstand. So, this product is cute, useful as a finger ring holder, but don't count on the kickstand feature being there for long.

UPDATE #2the last of the 3 adhesive kits have failed. There has been no response from the company. I'd shop somewhere else and not purchase at all. If I can change my rating to a zero, I would. Very disappointed!UPDATE!I used the 2nd adhesive pack. It held for a while but now the clear overall adhesive pad failed. In weeks on I'm 2 out of the 3 failing. If you want a secure phone ring do NOT rely on this one. The company has not reached out and I am very disappointed. I've been a faithful consumer of this company for years and this product is a big fail! Better to go w a pop socketOverall, this appears to be a sturdy well made product. However, the adhesive failed after only 4 days!!! I followed all of the instructions as written. They did include 2 additional adhesive kits. This makes me question if this is a known reoccurring problem.My other complaint would have yo be the color. I ordered the matching phone case and they are very different purples. The case is more of a pinkish-purple and the ring holder is more of a blue-purple. It is disappointing that the company can't even match their own products.

LOVE THIS!!!! I have had the cosmo phone case for over a year and it is still beautiful!! I had a cheap ring on it and it broke. Found that Cosmo has a matching ring for my case!! I was so excited!! It totally matches my case!! Comes packaged beautifully!! Felt so special opening it. Came with directions and extra materials for installation. Also an extra adhesive sticker incase I want to change it to a different phone. I can tell this is great quality. I thought it was a little on the small size when I first got it. But now that it’s on my case it perfect. The ring swivels 360 and it has a magnet in it to stick to the magnet holder in my car. Very very happy with this product.

I purchased this for its beauty and matching the phone case, yes, but only because I believed it would stick to the magnetic mount in my car. Not at all. I keep it but had to move it to make space for a plain metal plate I glued to the back of the case, which is ugly but works like a charm.It sticks just fine, and the ring works, but I had to move it so far off-center that it's practically useless. Which is disappointing. It is pretty.

After an issue with an item defect, I contacted customer service and they were extremely prompt and helpful! Great experience with customer service. This phone ring has great adhesion. The ring portion could be tighter and more durable, but overall it’s a nice looking phone ring that has the magnetic backing.
