Have been buying this brand whether it be capsule or tablet for years the capsules seem to be the easiest to swallow and the product is great. No diarrhea like you would get with just regular ascorbic acid vitamin c so a little mega dosing doesn't hurt.

Ester C is the only Vit C I use and recommend to patients. I used them after 2 major surgeries in 6 months. They helped because of their absorption and added bioflavonoids.
