Excellent quality pepper slicer. Easy to use and the consistency of the grind is perfect everytime. We purchased an additional grinder/slicer for green hatch peppers. It works equally well on seeds and whole dried peppers. And they look nice, fun to use.

Bought this for our daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves it and uses it every day. She grew her own hot peppers and dried them and uses them in this grinder. She used to complain that she would get the hot pepper juices/oils on her hands when cutting them (even wore gloves at times). This grinder eliminates this problem. The workmanship is exceptional and it looks great on the kitchen counter.

It is classy looking on the table and produces a fine grind.

if you line hot pepper flakes this is for you, we buy the chili peppers and let them dry out and then fill the spice grinder, works great
