Only one of the 4 worked

New house pre-wired with Cat5e… 4K/8MP cameras needed 2 cables, power and coax… this allowed me to run both power and video over cat5e and not have to run any new cables. Worked flawlessly and video quality is excellent! Unsure if it’s still true 4K, but if the video does get degraded, it’s not enough to be noticeable! Thumbs up!

Work great.. for all you replacing burn out Balun, you have to replace both size with this balun.. I learn it the hard way I was frustrated and wanted to return it and finally decided to try both of them and it work great.
