Very happy with the purchase.
I am very happy with my purchase. First, the Microsoft Surface Book 3 comes in a beautiful box that Steve Jobs would be impressed with. It's not the original box, but a nicely displayed box specifically for this computer. From this point, I knew it was quality. When I saw the computer, I had to look at my order to see if I purchase a new computer or a renewal. I purchased a renewal and my computer looked new. Super pleased with my purchase.

Product is not reset to factory original OS. It is still tied to the original consumer
First, the company did respond quickly to my issue. They sent a replacement quickly. However, both had the same issue. The Laptop starts up with a first time use process, however, when it gets to the point that you need to add your Email address, it wants an Email address from the original owner, it will not accept any other Email address. I explained the issue to their Tech Support and they sent out a replacement. This device did exactly the same thing. Apparently they bought several of these laptops from the same place and they are custom configured for the original owner specifically.

Lovely for Media Creation
I bought this for my fiancé who wanted to go to college for animation. With the right software, this has been working absolutely wonderfully for her. The only downside we've had with it is that it will occasionally freeze up. Once it unfreezes, the touchscreen stops working entirely and you'll have to reboot to get it to work again.

Resale mistake
Bought it May 14. Arrived May 21. Quit working September 23. Only used it a handful of times. It looked worn and in questionable shape. My fault for not returning it earlier. I would not recommend.

Keyboard stopped working
Keyboard stopped working right after my 90 days was past. I've tried everything and finally took it to a repair shop. Nothing can be done. It would require a new keyboard, which is not sold or manufactured. Total waste of money.

Almost everything I was looking for in a PC
Pleanty of processing power, memory and speed. Wish the hinge was more stable in any position and that it would hinge all the way back rather than have to detach for tent or tablet mode.

Not NEW.
The title says NEW, but it's not and you have to pay to ship it back. False advertising!
