Small but sturdy balance pods. Work brilliantly for our autiistic son's movement skill exercises.
We use these pods to help our autistic son strengthen his balance and coordination, as well as his controlled movement skills. We already have 4 other pods of the same type. We line them up to make a balanced path for him to walk and jump. The slip-resistant surface provides grip and on our hardwood floors without slippage. The bumpy sensory surface on the top of the pods helps provide a tactile experience for the feet. They are great and sure make the exercise more enjoyable and fun for our son. When he is not using them, my husband and I use them to help strengthen and tone our core and lower body muscles. They are small but very sturdy and offer good fun challenges for us to complete various exercises such as planks, squats, etc.For the current price of £20.90, they are in line with the other balance pods on Amazon, price-wise.In short, these pods are versatile, seem of good quality, durable, and work as intended. They are fun and work great for our son’s balance and sensory exercise. They work well for adults’ exercises too, we would highly recommend them.Thank you for reading. Hope yoy have found it helpful.

Much More Versatile than Initially Thought and Cheap Too
Such a fun and cheap new innovation to increasingly expensive balancing tools. They can be inflated or deflated to match the pace that suits you best. Pump more air into them with the included good little pump, makes them more of a challenge as it decreases surface area of contact with the ground.I do half squats on them to work those glutes, hamstrings and quads. Improving posture, strengthening my back and building the trapezius by having my arms out in front for balance in the half-squats.Easy to store away as each one is the width of a side plate. The rubberised material has given me perfect grip on our polished stone floors with no slippage. The extended multitude of nodules on the underside either grip the floor; or, after a busy day on my feet all day, offer a bit of comfort if I place the raised surface facing upwards and stand on them barefoot.5 stars

Great product and even has a small pump included
I got these balance pods to use during my lockdown workouts. They are very robust and they even come with small pump to keep them inflated.

Convenient way of adding balance workout element to training!
I've used these to vary some of the basic exercises I do regularly, mainly press-ups and plank, under both feet and hands/elbows, though have used them for squats too. They're a lot smaller than a balance board and therefore much more convenient to store - they'll even fit in a drawer. They do make your core and other muscles work more to keep you stable - I felt this particularly in my shoulders and sides. However, one big plus is that because they're soft, I find them more comfortable on my hands and wrists for press-ups, provided I use the flat side. They also come with a pump to keep them inflated (and the pump will also fit footballs etc. - very useful!)All in all a good way to add some variety and extra 'whole-body' elements to basic body-weight exercises.

Seem tough and do the job
Do all they need to do, seem very tough and sturdy. I'm not sure I'd use them for pressups, I've wanted something like this for a while now for my ankles. I seem to have weak ankles prone to issues when running and read lots of advice to improve my proprioception, i.e. balance, so that's what I use these for. I believe they'll help my ankle strength in general. Stand on them, do squats etc, there are videos with the general idea on youtube. It's trickier than it looks! I've moved them to beside the kettle for a bit of ankle boosting every time I make a coffee :)

Great for small spaces
These are great for working muscles I don't usually work, I get the ache in my legs and arms after using them so I know they are working. These are also small enough to store away when not using and with a little help from online videos there's a lot that you can do with them. Happy with these.

said to improve balance and shows I need them
There are 2 pods. 3/4 of each pod is covered in projections and !/!4 is flat. They come with a small mnaual pump to inflate them. They are surprisingly challenging. There are no instructions so I kept to the mundane by simply standing on the flat part. It does require constant movement to maintain balance and I admit I have done them with a chair at the side to grab hold of when I needed to. I also tried doing plank and did lose balance quite a lot.At 80 my balance is not great so I am hoping these will help
