Dunlop 427PXL Ultex Jazz III XL, 1.38mm, 6/Player's Pack

Fits my expectations... If jazz 3's are small for you... These are perfect if you want a good hold.. And the ultex material is awesome .. It fulfills my expectations..

Good as i expected

I bought these cause I heard my favorite guitarist (Hal-Ca) used them. They are really good picks! Thick and stiff with some play and the pointed tip helps with pinch harmonics. Nice and grippy too.

Sou músico profissional e a palheta é algo fundamental, tanto para ergonomia quanto para o timbre. Para muitos palheta não influencia no timbre final, mas quando você faz gravações pode perceber claramente a diferença de um material para outro. Optei por esta pois a que usava anteriormente costumava escorregar em músicas que demandavam mais. O relevo que as Jazz III possuem ajuda muito nisso, mas são muito pequenas para mim. Este tamanho XL caiu perfeitamente. Infelizmente importadas são caras por aqui, mas vale a pena comprando em packs. Se você curte Jazz III e busca um meio termo entre elas e as maiores este modelo atenderá muito bem.

I've used dunlop tortex picks for many years, generally the green ones (.88mm) or the blue ones (1.0mm). A couple of years back I switched to the tortex flow shape, prior to that it was the standard shape. Although I quite liked the tortex picks, I was never 100% happy with grip, and after reading a review of these I decided to give them a try.Previously I'd used different picks depending upon instrument, green on electric and acoustic guitar and blue on bass (rarely) and mandolin (equally rarely). These Ultex Jazz III XL are just perfect, the grip is brilliant, and they just glide over the strings. I'm using them on guitar, bass and today tried them on my mandolin which I haven't played for ages, and after a comparison with the blue tortex decided they were better on that too. On guitar they work equally well for both chords and single notes.I believe I've found the perfect pick. The one and only negative is if I drop one on the wood flooring at home, it's pretty well camouflaged and I have a hell of a job finding it. The green tortex were much easier to find, so if there was a different colour option I'd take it, but other than that I'm very happy.

Ich nutze schon seit Jahren die kleinen Jazz III zum Gitarre spielen. Da ich nun aber auf Bass umgestiegen bin, waren mir die dafür aber zu klein. Diese hier haben für mich aber genau die richtige Größe, rutschen nicht aus der Hand und klingen gut. Die haltbarkeit ist, wie bei den kleinen auch, sehr gut.
