Nice Iron kadai
This is a very heavy/sturdy big sized iron kadai. Needed some seasoning before we could use it for cooking, but once seasoned - it is really great. Great for making stir fried stuff like noodles/fried rice etc.,. The size was much bigger than what we expected - can easily make fried rice for 5-6 people in this! Worth the money though.

Sturdy and Heavy
Took a week to remove the black sludge and season the kadai. But now it is very good and using it for deep fry and preparing curries. Heavy and sturdy so no chances of food getting burnt.

Good product.
It's a very good product. It works perfectly on an induction oven. Easy to clean, healthy, works almost similar to non-stick cookware and is way cheaper than other materials. On the downside, it is heavy, if you forget to clean the water after washing, it gets rust, and initially, you need to work hard to remove some kind of existing black coating from it.

Coating inside
Has a slimy black coating inside which takes so long to get removed. Had to wash it for a month regularly before using it. The company can consider avoiding this coat. Otherwise size is okay. Sturdy too and a good shape to use. It's user-friendly.

Go for it if you want to eat rust.
Don't buy this product at all. It forms rust even if you clean and coat it with oil. And after cooking if you keep your food in it for long (more than an hour) it forms rust and ruins the whole food and for the people who can't tolerate the smell one might vomit too . AVOID at all Costs.

Excellent product, essential for Indian or Chinese cooking
Excellent product for perfect cooking.Ever since this, our open pan cooking has completely shifted to this from our other nonstick pans.As mentioned, it's essential to fry some onions in the beginning and also use oil soaked cloth to wipe off a black coat..Thereafter ensure a light oil coat after wash to prevent rust.Heating is so uniform and it's almost as good as the typical non-stick ware from beginning
