Wax isn’t good
The wax pot works great, no complaints although I would say buy different wax. The wax that comes with the pot isn’t very good. I have fine hair as it is and have struggled to find any wax that does a good job of removing it. The wax in this pack removed some of the hair but not much.

The media could not be loaded. I order every day from Amazon, this is the third time I have been disappointed. I received the order, I turned on the device, after I poured the wax, the device did not turn on. Specifically, I have never used it.

i would buy it again if my one ever broke, which it won't, because i dont understadn how anyone can damage it. super easy to use -like insanely easy, plus you can buy the actual wax beads from anywhere. the machine is great and comes with cute little heart shaped pots too -i have no idea what they are for but i kept them for my jewellery.
