I am someone with sensitive skin and have experienced piercings getting infected multiple times for random reasons. I got 4 piercings done at once (lobes) and my lobes have a track record of giving me trouble. I sprayed this on my piercings every evening and let it sit for 10-15 min before rinsing (sometimes I wouldn't rinse) and it literally is magic - no pain, no irritation, fast healing. I even applied it to a deep cut I got and it healed in less than a week! I see some reviews that say that it made it worse - try getting it from CVS or a local piercing shop if that happens. It's definitely worth a second try!
