Best Buy for Your Money--Don't Look Any Further! Sturdy. Easy to Put Together and Fits Your Needs Perfectly!
Let me begin by telling you about me: I am a 66 year-old female, I am 5'9" tall and weigh 245 pounds. I have severe arthritis in my left knee, right hip, back and foot. My insurance purchased a larger sized waker for me that was so heavy and bulky I couldn't use it inside my apartment or lift it to put it in my car. I gave it away to someone wider and heavier than me. I researched a lot of walkers and wanted one that was sturdy and would accommodate my height. One has to read the details carefully because most walkers come with a non-adjustable seat and they can range anywhere from 20" to 21 1/2" high. I also needed one that would fit my budget. This walker seemed ideal. When the box came I was nervous about putting it together. The most difficult time I had was getting it out of the box... (about 2 minutes) after that it went together quickly and easily (about 15 minutes total and that includes cutting open the plastic covering on the legs). The legs are numbered so one can't make a mistake about what to put where. My seat is adjusted to 22" and instead of the usual 12" X 12" seat this is a few inches wider. But, it does not affect the overall width of the walker. The seat is very comfortable and when I get up, my knee hardly grinds at all! My other walker also had 6" wheels as this one does. I don't see the need for larger wheels as they provide enough sturdiness. I can also get around my small apartment without having to move furniture out of the way. In short... I love this walker. I wish I had purchased it a long time ago. I live in elderly housing and am going to tell my friends all about this walker... more people should know about it.

Excellent new rolater-walker
Moves smoothly, helping me ambulate more smoothly. All 4 wheeled legs are height adjustable, as are the 2 handles. Love the underneath pouch, great for sunglasses ir cell phone, et al. Love the break that stops all movement by pulling down on the lower break handle.Only down side is the hand brakes are a bit of a stretch in some positions. (Maybe a learning curve)

Good Product for a Limited Disability
My 90 year old mother who has been using a walker for several years wanted a rollator with a seat because she had tried out one owned by another resident in her assisted living facility and found that the seat would allow her to rest occasionally if she got tired. She also liked it because it was easier to push. I was concerned that it might be too easy to push and that it might get away from her and result in a fall. I was also concerned that she might not have the dexterity or quick response time to operate the brakes. But at her continued request, I bought her one.It only took a couple hours for her to determine that a rollator was not a good choice for her because she said her hips and back hurt more when she walked with it compared to her walker. I soon realized what the problem was. Because of her arthritis and degeneration of her skeleton, when using her walker she would transfer enough of her considerable weight to the legs of the walker through her arms such that it relieved some of the pressure on her back and hips. She was unable to put that same weight on the rollator because it tended to move it forward to quickly. To safely use the rollator, she had to walk more normally which put much more weight on her back and hips. Also, the rollator, having a larger footprint, was initially more difficult for her to maneuver close to countertops and furniture. I believe the maneuverability issues would have been solved by her eventual adaptation to the rollator. She was deeply disappointed that she could not use the rollator because she liked all other aspects of it, especially the bright blue shiny appearance. She has decided to donate it to someone else in her assisted living center who may benefit from its use. While the rollator did not work out for her, I do not fault the equipment, only our judgment. The Drive rollator is thoughtfully designed, well constructed and relatively lightweight. It should not present a problem to any adult in reasonable health to load or unload into a car. My only regret is that the rollator, as well as most other durable medical equipment, does not include in its advertising any information as to limitations certain people might have concerning its use as I have found it difficult to get medical professionals to give much selection advice concerning such equipment.

This very adjustable rollator meets all my needs.
This is my third rollator. The first, provided by Medicare, was very large ... it met my needs at the time, but was troublesome to put in the car ... however, I was able to use it to move many heavy and cumbersome items, and that was very helpful. My second rollator, which I also got through Amazon, was very similar to this one, but it did not have some of the really good features that this one has. Those features are a hinged and easy to remove backrest, a more usable storage bag, and the ability to lower the seat and handles farther. I also think that the adjustments are easier on this one. Amazingly, this rollator can be adjusted to fit someone my size (5 ft. 1 in.) to someone over 6 ft.! It is very easy for me to load into my car, and it actually cost less than the previous one ... and IS very well built. I looked a very long time to find another rollator because I wanted one to keep in the car and one to keep in my home, so I learned a lot about what is out there, and I am so happy that I found this one.I do need to find where to get replacement cables because a cable on the second one broke, and I find it is not the same as a bicycle cable.
