Needed to trim the tree with this but Unfortunately the handle does not extend but have received a refund from Amazon and they don’t want the item back

Can't cut anything woody

What complete rubbish this thing is! Only had it a day, used it once and noticed that one of the plastic orange pieces )that are supposed to hold on to the cutting) is loose and won't tighten. Also the handles are so far apart it's actually difficult to hold and use it. This will be heading straight for the dustbin!My advice? Do not buy this item!
