I bought this for my mum and although the quality is good, look nice, etc, the one area that lets it down is the answer machine. Unless I'm missing something it is really complicated to play back messages, having to go through various steps in the menu rather than pressing one button as my poor old mum is used to doing. Doesn't help that her eyesight is bad, but still, it does seem awfully long-winded. Happy to be corrected if someone knows a one-step retrieval. I'm now going to see if I can link in a stand-alone answer machine!

I bought this as an add on for my elderly father who had very limited mobility and vascular dementia. Unfortunately it was faulty so returned it, however, the original model (same one) he has is fantastic. Large buttons, easy speed dial options and large screen which he is able to see. I would recommend it

The additional handset should be really easy to pair up with the main set I already had but the instructions included did not make any sense. In the end I called Geemarc and they told me what to do and it then worked perefctly.

Too early to review sound level ok 50 for phone book inadequate no way of adding home fax or mobile name also limited .

Very good phones and nice and loud for hard of hearing.

on incoming calls no names only numbers on maximum volume no louder than present phone no automatic nuisance call control or announced unknown caller facility will stay with present

We are rather hard of hearing and this phone with it's loud volume is perfect. It is very easy to set up and the quick setup guide easy to follow. Very pleased with it and wish we had it a long time ago.
