The media could not be loaded. I am a web developer who loves taking pictures and doing live stream in my spare time. Since video is getting more popular and live stream is the fastest and supported by major social media, I had jumped on the bandwagon. I want a portal green screen for my office, home, and outdoor activity.I am skeptical first in buying this portable green screen because of there are some fewer brands like Elgato & Newer that have a similar review but higher in price. I decided to buy this because it has a discount coupon that can save me around $20 to $30, and I brought their backdrop before (great backdrop!)I had to look at most of the reviews from Elgato and Neewer, they are having the same problems on the cloth material is too shiny, the open and close latch broke easily, and stand easily fall off.After two weeks of using this Green Screen, I don’t see those three problems. It is so easy to open and carry. I can do it with one hand while filming my review testimonial video (see below). Also, I had tried to open and close the latches more than 100 times (50 from me and another 50+ from my daughter 😊). I used this green screen mostly to show her how to change the background from the video. She was festinated with it. I also use this under the strong wind in Temecula, CA and the green screen still stand strong! Finally, the green screen cloth is not shining at all! I used it now almost 2 to 3 times a week to do live streaming.I had a hacked for this green screen too! I am accidentally using this green screen as a background for taking my products for a client and the pictures are good and I can take out the background easily with the green screen as the background 😍😍😍Hope this helps!!!

I wanted to replace my green canvas with large frame with a smaller, more portable green screen to fit in a smaller room that I work in from home. This product fits the bill perfectly.I use it for my work meetings and to record videos for training. I do have a separate lighting kit and ring light to make the room bright enough for higher quality videos. Zoom recognizes the green screen color and I don't see those random outlines or ear-cutoffs like I do without the screen behind me.I do wish it were about 1 foot wider so I could put it a little more behind my chair and still capture the full screen on my camera. It's not really a big deal thought - I just get out of my chair a little more carefully so as not to back it up into the green screen.The best part is how easily it packs up and opens up. You just open the case and pull it up, then push it down when you're done. The case also has two bases that you swivel out to provide more support so the screen doesn't tip over.It's a nice addition to my office set up.

Overall for the money it seems to be a good value. The case and build quality in general are pretty good. The screen raises and lowers easily and so far without any binding or resistance. If I encounter any issues, I'll come back to edit this.

Update 2021-02-19Emart responded promptly to my problem report and shipped a replacement screen immediately, so I was only without a screen for 1 week.The new screen seems sturdier - feet more solidly attached, latches less flimsy, opening and closing of case and screen more smooth. It now also includes stickers by the feet reminding you to open the feet before extending the screen.I cannot tell if the top of the screen is more securely attached to the frame, so time will tell if it's going to fail in the same spot again.Raising my review from 3 stars to 4 due to the improved design and the excellent warranty service from Emart.Update 2021-02-12Well, it was doing well for 4 months of daily takedown/setup 4 days a week, until yesterday it catastrophically failed, with the screen suddenly detaching along half of the top and slamming the top bar into my ceiling. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. I've emailed emart asking for a replacement given the 12 month warranty. Will update this review with the final outcome.For now, I don't recommend this screen. Apparently my screen is held in place by friction alone and is not permanently attached to the top bar. This is my second purchase. I bought the smaller screen a few years ago and still use it. I needed a larger screen is reason for my newest purchase. I did have a little struggle opening the new screen. My husband realized it was off the end roller. Easy fix, but don't force it if it's stuck. You may also notice the center pull up handle arrow tells you which direction to lift. Remember to unfold the foot pads before you open screen. These help with balance. If you handle with care these will last for years. It folds back into its metal case. I always lower slow and careful so it doesnt roll up to quick.
