Amazon Brand - Happy Belly All Purpose Flour, 2 lb

I keep using this because it’s such a great affordable brand. Clean flour, no clumps or odd colors. I mainly make my pancakes with them and there’s no flour aftertaste which is great. Thin and easy to blend. Trusted brand and I’ll keep ordering.

I mean it's good flour, right? There are no "things" in it that should not be there. it is powdery, not grainy. It tastes like flour (and not much else). It's just really good basic flour —and at a great price. It works like any other flour. But if you were worried that it was cheap, nah. It's good stuff.

Exactly what you would expect.It looks, tastes and smells like regular white flour. Good quality and easy to use.The bag definitely leaks as most flour does, I store mine in a freezer bag to keep from making a mess.Good price, would purchase again.

Good price. You gotta be a bakery chef if you can tell the difference from Pillsbury or somebody else.

My favorite part about this flour is that I can get it delivered to my door hassle free. The flour is just as good if not better than any generic store brand. It works great with anything I cook. And, I didn’t have to carry it home from the store.

Received this quickly. I use ALOT of flour with my sourdough and other baking needs. I store it in a bin so will not be sealing it in the paper bag it came in but the flour was a nice milled texture when I put in in my sealed container. Was very fine and seemed fresh.
