Excellent for what it is
The intensity you want from an espresso, while being very well balanced. Delicious dark chocolate undertones that morph to a milk chocolate on the finish.What do I mean by "for what it is"? Buying from Amazon, you know you are not buying freshly roasted beans. If I could find a local roaster who made this so I could get it freshly roasted, it would be outstanding!

Best of the blind taste test
We have done a blind taste test against 4 other Italian blends and our 4 espresso lovers voted it the best. So we did it again with 4 more Italian blends and it won again. Best moderate priced espresso beans we have found so far.
