Tastes good
Just remember this is not a regular cornmeal. It cooks different. Taste is wonderful. The texture is more of a powder/flour than regular cornmeal. Good quality!

Worth it
Until you've tried the heirloom purple (or red) cornmeals, you just won't know what the big deal is. So if you are thinking of trying it, this is a good brand. It is ground a bit finer than the red cornmeal I used to buy, but I cannot find that anymore and this is very good.

Tastes great
I add to my smoothies. Great coating for fish, veggies before baking/frying.

Great for corn bread, muffins or pancakes (with another type of flour 😉)
The color seems to reflect a slightly different flavor which I like.

Tastes like corn!
I made tortillas with it , plus I added a little sorghum and sweet potato flour. Warm water and a tiny amount of grape seed oil and there you go! I couldn’t get them bigger than 3”, so I made them like pancakes on a griddle. They made nice sandwiches or for beans and rice. ( I wear gloves cause it will stain your hands)

Tastes like perfume
This is definitely cornmeal but it has an overpowering scent and flavor, like dish soap or perfume. I don't think I can eat it because of that and sadly, it's not eligible for return.

Pops well, average kernal size, very white
I love popcorn, so any corn I pop is good to me. The kernel is more like regular popcorn, it seems to pop well, I actually have not popped it by itself as I mix it with other corn
