I'm extremely comfortable. and knowledgeable; with ROTATRIM cutting boards--having worked in a Professional digital photo lab for approximately (15) fifteen years. I'm sure the return value will BE more than the financial investment for me as time goes by.

Seems to have survived poor shipping. Hope it’s within spec. Need more testing
Box came pretty banged up. Took pictures and video. The item looked mostly intact but the cut control plate was bent to almost 45 degrees. Worried after poor handling that it will be out of alignment since it is a larger model. Will attempt a long cut to measure how bad the deflection is and report back. The cutter blade is riding on top of the edge. Emailed rotatrims tech support. 48 hours no reply. Getting ready to send back and due to amazons terrible return policy, wait 30 days to get the money back.
