Favorite Puzzle Company!
Great quality pieces. A bit pricey but worth the cost. Other companies you cannot tell if pieces go well together, these wooden pieces, unlike cardboard snap together so well. Great customer service. When my puzzle came with a broken piece they immediately sent a replacement puzzle. Unique and beautiful pictures as well. Fun to do, some are easier than others but all are interesting and fun to work at your own pace! Definitely recommend buying to do yourself or gift for a puzzle lover :)

Decent picture, sturdy and fun.
Took time to get a response on a missing piece but they fixed the problem. I think the picture could be higher quality but I love it anyway. I enjoyed putting it together and its going in my nerdy room.

High quality puzzle
Fantastic picture artwork, high quality pieces and the letter on the back for different sections was very helpful.Negatives - the picture was sooo dark it made it much harder to put together

Fun! Great picture quality and packaging!
I really enjoy these puzzles! I’m so spoiled by the poster and the letter sorting on the back if you need it (great for people who are new or overwhelmed by puzzles). The art is unique and a bit creepy - my niece loves it! Also, I like the puzzle box, it’s built like a drawer!

Disappointed - obviously used not new
Box was torn upon arrival but that did not concern me as much as a lot of the puzzle had been assembled. The pieces were so difficult to fit together this puzzle quickly became a chore instead of an enjoyable activity. I tossed it 1/3 way through. I don't know if they regularly sell used puzzles or what happened but $20 was way too much to pay for a used puzzle that wasn't cut very well.

No clean cuts
So first thing a piece was broken. I asked for a replacement. Supposed to be here in two weeks. Then I was looking more closely at the pieces and edges were torn, definitely not smooth. Put the wrong piece together and took it apart. Part of the back tore off.. A lot of the Eros have fringe. I will let y’all know if the replacement is any better.

Challenging, finely detailed, high quality.
The Ingooood puzzles are favorites of mine. The pieces snap together really well, and the images are interesting and always invite a detailed look. This one was especially fascinating. And if you get stuck and are wondering whether two pieces really belong together, you can check the backs of the pieces: the puzzles are divided into eight fields lettered A-H, and if you make a wrong join the field of lettering will immediately confirm that, even if the two pieces belong in the same field. Better without the "cheat," of course! You and any other fellow puzzlers can decide how you want to go.
