KitchenAid Artisan 1.5L Kettle Imperial Grey

This review is after one week of use. So far it’s stylish, nicely finished and well made. Water stays hot for longer and the outside of the kettle doesn’t burn you if you touch it. It’s straight forward to use with one on/off switch and another to change the temperature. It pours very nicely and has a flip up lid making it easier to fill from the tap. Other reviews mentioned it was heavy - I haven’t noticed this but maybe if frail it might be on the heavier side. It’s expensive but as it’s stylish and well made I am hoping it lasts longer that the average kettle.

My kitchenaid kettle broke purchased in February 2023, advert implies 3 year guarantee with company I purchased from but when I spoke to them I was completely fobbed off and told to go back to kitchenaid as after 12months it's not their problem. Disgusting customer service, will never purchase from you again.

We had a cream one before and it lasted years. The temp gauge is brilliant and the outside of the kettle doesn’t heat up. I hope this one lasts as long as the old one

Not quite sure what benefits I was expecting from a very expensive kettle but other brands kept failing us so we tried this one. It boils water. It’s quite heavy, so it’s hard to gauge how much water you’ve added. There is a level on the side but the kettle’s an odd shape so it’s hard to work out what’s level when you’re holding it under the tap. I find I have to put it down to check. A minor annoyance but I expected nirvana at this price. We’ve already scratched the finish too, unpainted stainless (or plastic) probably would have stood up to more.

Classic from kitchen aid . Live it

Paid a lot of money for a kettle. When you pay more than normal, you expect a better quality product. This kettle stopped working after 4 years, and cannot be repaired. Another item heading to land fill. Kitchenaid should be ashamed of themselves for making such a poor quality product. Look up 5 beeps under Kitchenaid Artisan kettle and you will see this is a regular fault. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
