Soothing laser with good battery life. I used it on my tendonitis and although not life changing, it did help with the soreness. I also use it on my dog who has stiff joints and it seems to help, but it is hard to tell with animals because they typically try to hide pain. My unit stopped working after 9 months and I contacted customer support; they responded with in 24 hours, offering me a replacement device. Great customer service

We both use this mostly when there is a bad day and maybe I should use it more often to skip having a bad day, period. Use it on my feet, and my fingers for myself. Use it on my greyhounds on their large muscles and backs to help keep them in tip top shape. They love it. My son also who has CP likes to use it on his feet after walking on his crutches for a while or after long walkers in his walker. His knees get very painful when he is active on his equipment. It also helps there. When we all use it, we use it for a few hours at a time by the time we are done with the doggies and the son and myself. I would buy it again.

LOVE how easy to use this is. The functionality and quality are impressive. It’s comfortable to use and has a long battery life which helps me use it multiple times a week for max benefit. Not only has it been useful for me, but for my dog as well. Which makes it value even better.

I purchased this at the end of October 2021. Appears to workweek, BUT I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS COLD OR HOT or an infra RED LASER. P;LEASE ADVISEUPDATE 1/20/24. The question above was ignored and I never received any kind of response.Last week I sent an email to Sherry…Sinoriko.com’s Support Person.I inquired about abstaining the button/bezel below the screen which without it the laser will not work.Sherry’s response was…”So Sorry, we don’t have the extra “ACCESSORY” for the device” , despite being informed that it was intricate to the device and without it the device will not turn on or operate. Lesson Learned…NO MORE CHINESE PRODUCTS for me!

I bought this almost a year ago and it worked very well but now won’t charge.

Love the red light therapy wand. It does work quite well. I've noticed significant improvement to my shoulder over the past few weeks of use. Much cheaper alternative to doctor visits or purchasing an office unit. We rented one for $250 a week. This was much more affordable.
