I like how this item folds out, and even with all the stuff that is contained in it already there are still more areas and holders that you could stuff a few more items if you chose to. A nice product. 2 thoughts on ways to make it better 1 - Offer camo colors. I would LOVE multicam or marpat! 2 - Design it so that the drop leg functionality can be fully removed. The problem I'm having right now is that the main clasp which works for the drop-leg setup is directly sown into the back of the unit, and that means I can't use MOLLE to attach it to my pack or LBE. Frustrating.

Great out-of-the-box kit. I've worn this drop-leg style for hiking. I've als used the velcro to stick it in my 5.11 covert pack. Both work great!As for the contents: It's a good basic kit. I added butterfly strips, children's tylonal, bactine and other sundries needed to treat family boo boos.

Got it as a gift, my brother liked it, but seemed disappointed it wasn't bigger. He picked it out so he only had himself to blame. It has everything it says, but there is no extra room for adding other supplies, it's very compact.

I am beyond happy with this IFAK you gentleman are doing a outstanding service for the price!! I added a few personal items along with some other items I felt I needed in there.

Went above and beyond to get the product here on time. Was exactly what the posting it stated it was and at a great price.

This IFAIK has most of the things but they are not exactly the same as a US military IFAIK. Make sure to also buy the Z-Medica quick clot combat gauze and the North American Rescue Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT). I would not trust the TK4 tourniquet which comes in this pack. Other than that it's a good start.

I love this ifak... I carry this on my ammo bag when I go hunting and camping.
