The chair was study and well made, but unfortunately not suitable for my daughter's needs. The customer service from the seller was amazing, providing an alternative seat to try and ultimately providing a refund. Can't fault the product, or the communications and service from the seller.

i bought this chair for work. I work in a clinic and I don’t spend a lot of time sitting and the space was limited so I wanted something that would be more comfortable then a stool. Size wise it’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space. Big tick for that! Comfort wise it’s nice to have the back support. The chair initially feels really comfortable and supports the pelvis great but if you are planning on spending an hour or more continuously sitting, you will likely get a sore bottom. It’s a great chair if you sit for short amounts of time.

The most useful item I bought in years! And I mean it. From the first minute I sat on it my pyriformis sciatica syndrome started healing. I am so glad I bought this stool. Don't want to seems exaggerated, but the improvement with my problem are so sound and evident the chiropractic and the trainer at gym could not believe. From pain to jogging in less than one month. Now I cannot seat on anything else😂 I strongly recommend this product. Also, assembled effortlessly in minutes.

Nice stool for support and posture. Takes awhile to get used to, but once used to it , it is good.

It was just what I was looking for with all the adjustability, but within a few days (literally 2 or 3) of use the back refused to stay upright regardless of where the adjusting level was set. I'll need to take this up with the seller.
