I received the 68 piece kit but there were a few problems which I had attributed to supply chain issues. I emailed the supplier via Amazon messaging and detailed the four issues involving missing parts as well as different parts supplied. After a couple of very prompt communications the supplier had all the correct (and additional) parts sent and I received via private courier in a matter of days. Very impressed. I've used the kit on one car (with three different dent locations) and it has done a great job (after some practice).

Full disclosure... I'm new to the 'dent remediation' game so I don't have similar tools to compare it with, however I do know my way around a garage.Based on the quantity of tools, cost, and frankly... the very nature of packaged 'tool kits', I wasn't expecting a whole lot, as far as quality goes, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.Again I'm new to this, so I don't know the actual names for the different tools but here goes... the 'tap downs' didn't seem to have any machining "burrs" or sharp edges and all the pullers and hammers seemed to be pretty good quality.Then you get to the hot glue gun... I mean, it works!.. but it is a standard low end gun. Chances are if you are like me, you have a few of them sitting around your house that you can swap in, but again it works and is functional.In all honesty, the only disappointment was the "LED Line Panel"...The DC input jack was pushed inside of the panels housing making it impossible to plug it in. However, their costumer service was excellent, and stepped up, in an expedient and professional manner to resolve the issue.o, one last thing... the instructions. I only glanced at them. Before I got the product I watched the basics on youtube for the main reason that I knew something like this is easier to learn when seen, not read about. But beware, they are sparse, so I would recommend finding another resource... but they are many readily available all over the internet.I would recommend this product and their costumer service is a plus.

Unpacked the kit and made sure all the parts were there. Immediately noticed the cheap flimsy line board and had a bad feeling about it right of the bat. Started work on some hail damage . When it came to the final phase I hooked up the board and "turned " it on . Complete and utter JUNK!! You'd get more light holding a candle next to your work than you do with this!! The line board is the necessary phase to beginning the job and the CRUCIAL phase to completing it. Their demo video shows the power cord hooked up inside the car. In reality it was found to be CLUMSY and CUMBERSOME to have to use a usb converter plug connected to an extension cord. Connecting to the inside of the car LIMITS your ability to work on the ENTIRE body! This kit nowhere justifies the heavy price . I would NOT recommend it. Get a kit WITHOUT a light and order just an additional QUALITY light which is what Ill be doing upon my return of this!! It'd be great if Amazon listed the number of returns a company has endured as I'm sure this one has had plenty.

Just to point out a couple of things about this kit.1. The heat gun works great, and the glue gun is so-so.2. The pull tabs will break. I have now broken all of them in pulling a dent out of the back of my Outback.If your dent(s) is/are shallow, then this kit should work pretty well. I have ordered some aluminum pull tabs for this job. Bear in mind that my Subaru has fairly hefty sheet metal, so I should have expected mixed results when trying to pull it with plastic pullers. I got halfway there, but by then the last of the pullers was broken off.I also suggest that you may want to get a couple of small plastic putty knives, then pull off the putty knife on the heat gun, and use the heat gun with the small plastic putty knives to remove the glue.BBQ lighter fluid (kerosene) works slick for removing the residue from the black glue sticks (from the car).

I recently visited a auto body shop to have my window tinted. While waiting I saw the shop work on removing some hail damaged dents from a vehicle in the shop.I wound reed how they did this. This product it exactly how the body shop was performing the paintless dent removal. It does take some time to work out the dent but it truly works. I love this product and am excited to remove all the door dings on my cars. Thanks for getting this out together.Scott Moore

Seems quality havent used yet

I have yet to contact the seller - I will be doing so and updating the review. Most of what I got looks good and will work for what I need but the light is missing, along a few other items.
