Great condition
Items came in it's retail box. Included hood, lens cap and mount cap. Check for scratches and found none on the body or on the lens. Worked with my Nex-3 perfectly. Picture quality was great. For a renewed item I could not be happier as it was about 50 dollars cheaper for a new one.

Solves telescopic zoom at a great price, but Auto Focus is a problem
Solved my cam's telescopic zoom problem perfectly and at a relatively great price, but I seriously doubt its auto-focus (AF) capabilities. AF is important for high-speed image capturing, I wouldn't suggest this one for such use.

ridiculous for the price
these apparently have been discounted, and are fine as ~70-300 lenses for my a6000 and a6500. They're obviously not the best not bearing a G, but they're nice at this price. Soon to be heavily overshadowed by the new f4.5-5.6 300 something lens. check that one when it comes out. that's a bird lens (or almost)

I've enjoyed using this lens and look forward to more opportunities to take more photos with it.One heads up - there was a firmware update released for this lens that adds autofocus features, since this was a refurbished lens that firmware update wasn't installed.
