Seller Diplomat was very prompt in delivery. Geniune product. Very useful for DIY projects. Even professional carpenters use this.Tip - New users pls wear a cotton glove on your left hand to tighten and loosen the drill/screw bit till you get control (for speed) over the trigger.

I tried to exchange as it does not have variable speed.
This drill does not have variable speed and would damage the screw threads, I was specifically looking for screw drive drill but this kind has much power. Wrote to makita and waiting for response for replacing it with other product.
