Q: Does this work if you start with regular size ear piercings?

Yes. This is a great kit going all the way through 00. I would suggest half-sizes in addition to this kit when going from 2ga (6mm) to 0 (8mm), and from 0 (8mm) to 00 (10mm), if you plan on going that far. Those are both a 2mm stretch. Overall, it's a great starter kit.

7mm is considered an “in between size” so it’s not part of most stretching kits including this one. Tho body art forms will have some stretching plugs to help with those in between sizes
