Can someone post the instructions please?  i purchased this but i didn't receive the instructions... or i lost them immediately.  thank you!

hi, how are you.
here is the instructions. I hope that can help you to practice the eyes.

Fix Red/Green Tranaglyhs -
1. Wear Red/Green Glasses. Always place the Red/Green Glasses with the red lens over the right eye.
2. pay careful attention to the fact that when looking through the red lens (right eye) the green print will darken and the red print will lighten (but not completely disappear )and vice versa while looking through the green lens the red print will darken and the green print will lighten.
3. start with the target that are closest together. Converge your eyes (try to feel a cross-eyed feeling) so that you notice movement of the two targets. The two targets should approach each other and if you converge enough the targets will superimpose.
4. You should notice dark, almost black, superimposed image in the center and one light remnant of the image on each side. Try to ignore the light image and focus only on the central dark image.
5. Depth perception should be noted. You should always pay attention to this depth perception. Pull the card back and reset your vergence if depth perception disappears or blurs.
6. Hold and maintain your converged state for 10-15 seconds.
7. Gradually work your way down the card(s) by converging and maintaining depth perception with the future spaced targets.

further note: try to count the number of dots on each face of dice when converged.

Could you please describe how would someone train divergence using this kit? Thanks in advance.

Using the 3D glasses, a person can look at the chart and instead of seeing two separate rows of X's in circles--one red and one green-- they would instead see a single row of black X's in circles. It takes a little practice, but once you get it, this is a powerful way to know that both eyes are seeing well in synch and to practice daily keeping them that way. There's an instruction card that goes with the product. Hope this helps. Claudia Kienzle

what all comes with this?

It's the two 8.5x11 inch sheets and a pair of green 3D glasses (made with a cardboard frame). So you wear the glasses and look at the images on the sheets to focus your eyes. I use this tranaglyph set every day and it's easy to take along when you travel too. Hope this helps.

Do the earpieces bend both ways?  I have an app. and it needs glasses with colors opposite to what seems to be in the picture.

Yes, They can bend both ways. This product requires the right lens to be over the right eye, but you can easily reverse it.
