Where do i start man! I’ve been an apprentice for the past year and a half ( first year was at the “apprentice desk” ) and I’ve been on human skin the past 7 months. When i was first ordering my starter needles my mentor who's been tattooing 16 years now had told me I couldn’t go wrong with EZTAT2 needles where he used them as well in his start. He has now moved on to Cheyenne and Kwadron but I think eztat needles is where im going to stay , especially with these v select needles ! I typically use a #12/7 RL for most of my lines but I’ve ran the Same needle for some of my bigger pieces with no problems and i ran 12 needles of the v select when i did my first flash event for Valentine’s Day and every single on was good. I’m not the best artist in the world but if you can take anything from this review it would be this : It doesn’t matter if you have the 1400 dollar machine and the 40 dollar needle packs, what matters is how bad you want it. All of my tattoos have all been tip based and sometimes my clients won’t have have any money to tip or my favorite tip so far was a case of Ramon noodles, but I know im not breaking my bank account because when i order these needles ( I have 25 boxes of v Select and REV) im getting quality and a great deal!

The shading with these are very smooth, puts in the well and is not ruff on the skin. I will buying more in the future.

sharp! hits hard

I’ve been using these for the last month or so since Kingpin can’t seem to keep their Crown cartridges in stock, and I have been pleasantly surprised. The 14rl makes a line similar to a standard loose 9 or tight 11. Cartridges are a little harder to judge when you are a traditional tattooer as most of them are long taper made for more artsy and portrait type work.I tattoo off the tube and not the tips with a 3.8mm stroke, and these work very well for that. I will likely buy again or at least these will be a go to alternative to the Kingpin Carts.Quality is pretty good overall, a few have had a bad rattle to them while running. I just toss those and replace with a new one, usually that works.Overall good.

The 3rl are way too bold. They're great needles and I'm confident to use them like a 7rl but by no means are these 3rl bugpins.

Tried these with my dragon hawk fold pro machine and their loud, lots of wiggle to the needle and don’t hold much ink. Lots of spit back from ink Unsatisfied customer.
