Arrived alive and healthy
I bought this on a whim. It's nothing I've seen at the local nursery and what the heck right? It came on an exceptionally hot day, mid 90's and didn't stay in the mailbox long and from the mailman's truck to the house it came out of the box not hot and not wilted or stressed. I've transplanted it in a bigger pot in the shade as recommended and it's doing well so far.

I can't be the only one regretting my starter plant purchase!?!
Ugh starter plants and me aren't friends. This plant was putzing along ok through winter in my greenhouse. Within days of being moved ourside to a shady spot the plant started dropping its leaves and I'm not sure it will survive.I'm so frustrated.

Healthy and well packaged
Vine arrived healthy and well packaged; not a 5 star review because I noticed when I transplanted it, the rootball is root bound in a smaller sized plug shape and very recently (1-2 days fresh) uppotted to a bigger sized plug - I feel like this is false presentation of actual size. Not sure if I’m being clear. To me it looks like it was moved from a 1.5in plug shape into a 3or4in plug/pot just to appear bigger the day before its sold… It’s an ok purchase, price is high for this though considering how prolific pasiflora is and how easy to propagate it.

Struggling Plant
The plant shipment arrived from the courier (USPS) seemingly stressed/dying. The leaves were yellowing and even began turning translucent out of the packaging. The single arm that tethered itself to the provided support was also yellowing and dry. I made sure to plant the vine on the day of arrival and watered it as suggested from the provided instructions. It's been just under a week since I've received and planted the vine with practically all the leaves having withered away and a darker yellow spot developing on the bottom of the main stem. There seems to be a new section of the stem starting growing off of the top, but it's still too soon to tell if it will survive. It has been fairly warm (80 F - 90 F) here this past week with clear skies and some direct sunlight on the plant during the day followed by indirect light and shady conditions with similar weather patterns to continue. I have the plant on an automated drip system, providing water to its base every 3 hours for 10 min to counteract the harsh dry heat.I'll patiently give the plant a couple more weeks to hopefully recover and am open to suggestions (especially from the seller) to improve its chance of survival. I will edit this review and rating in the near future depending on the health of the plant and any potential feedback.03AUG2024 EDIT - After contacting the nursery through their site, having my plant info forwarded to their greenhouse expert support team and communicating via email, they provided me a gift card for the exact cost of the plant ($20.99) based on the provided warranty. I then repurchased the Granadilla through their site (28JUL2024), and am currently waiting on the plant. Rating has been increased from 3 to 4 stars for the responsiveness, support and feedback. I will further edit this review and rating depending on how the next plant arrives and communication with their team to provide the best conditions for its recovery from the stress of shipping.
