Very well made and fast autofocus
Used with a Z7 and Z 70-200mm F2.8S + nikon F mount + Sigma 135mm Art lenses. These DG-Z extension tubes have very fast, silent and accurate autofocus. Both the 12mm & 24mm tubes stacked work flawlessly. The build quality is excellent, they fit very snuggly together and there is no movement in them with a heavy lens attached. With the FtoZ adapter attached to these, F mount lenses also work perfectly. These are cracking good value for money at £50.

Well made for the price
Purchased for my Nikon Z50, the combination of the 12mm and 24mm extension tubes functions seamlessly. The construction is impressive; they securely fit together. These tubes offer excellent value at £50, effectively distancing the lens from the image plane, ensuring a secure hold, enabling aperture control, and facilitating minor focus adjustments for the camera. While their bodies are made of plastic, they perform their intended functions flawlessly. In summary, these extension tubes effectively fulfill their purpose, making them a worthwhile investment for macro photography enthusiasts.

Seems to do the job, using on a Z8
This does the job when used with a Nikon Z8 (not mentioned in the list - so there's confirmation).Autofocus works within the limitation of focusing this close in (shallow depth of field) , so manual is usually the way to go anyway. So Yes, does the job.Build quality seems fine, nicely blackened fins internally, which means someone has thought about the design. They are not heavy Tubes, but they really don't need to be, on smaller lens they are fine, on larger ones, they usually mount directly to a tripod (its macro so essential for most), so just the weight of the camera ( mirrorless so light). The alignment dot for mounting could be a little bit larger, but the smaller one works when you get use to it..Would I buy again - Yes.

Cheaply made.
Very cheap materials used(hence the price).........90% plastic used and a very low standard plastic, seems quite brittle, if you dropped one im sure it would shatter. Bought the Canon fit set of 3, 12mm,20mm, 36mm DG-C.......the auto focus/ aperture connections are made of metal but its also a very low standard alloy. Auto focus works fine on the 12mm and 20mm but a bit hit and miss with the 36mm and when used in combination together you are better off using manual focus( which is standard even for a top quality macro-lens)..........I bought them for insect photography and will be using a telephoto lens(canon 55-250mm STM II) which works well as the minimum focusing distance using the 20mm extension is around 30cm , close enough with my Canon 70D as the crop sensor is filled with the subject, adding the 12mm gets you slightly closer still, any closer and your subject(dragonfly, butterfly etc) will fly off before you get the shot................for smaller subjects that dont move the 36mm can be used to good effect on a wider angle lens eg 24mm to get in really tight. Stacking the tubes is a bit hit and miss and will need a lot of practice. When fitting the tubes to your camera they do actually ''click'' in place tightly but adding your lens to the tube you dont get that ''click'' making you slightly nervous of the security of your lens, also they seem to quietly grind when fitting suggesting to me the friction caused over prolonged use may damage to your camera connectors. I may well be wrong on that point, overall they are well priced £37 for 3 tubes and get results but in hindsight I would go for a more expensive brand like Kenko.

VILTROX DG-Z Auto Focus AF Macro Extension Tube Ring Set
Lightweight and plasticky but works really well! works with all my Z mount lenses and F mount with the FTZ adapter. The auto focus works as it should The IQ was tack sharp. I would recommend this kit for the occasional or hobbyist macro photographer. If you intend to shoot a lot of macro then invest in a macro lens

AF and Aperture Working okay with Canon lens attached
For the price they okay, they works fine with all the tubes stacked together, no issues what soever with Aperture and AF controls on my 60mm F2.8 Ef-s canon macro prime lensThe tubes screw on and off the lens and camera with no problems they are however lightweight and feel a bit cheap, but then they are cheap.Bottom line these extension tube work well and function as they should. I’m not sure how they would handle with a heavy lens. if you want to experiment with macro photography these would be a good investment to start with.I have included some photos with all tubes stacked together wth above mentioned (macro lens 1:1) attached.

Good quality and functions perfectly with my camera.
This interacts perfectly with my Nikon. All the electronics perform properly as though made by Nikon. The two sizes give a good range of magnification via 3 setups - 12, 24 and 36mm.Quality leaves nothing more to be desired so I'm happy with this accessory.

very useful and inexpensive alternatives
I thought I would take a chance of getting these extension rings rather the purchasing a proper macro lens.I was pleasantly surprised that they worked very well. I have used each as individual and in combination of twos, but I wouldn't recommend three together, not because they do not work its more because you have to be very close to the subject (on my Canon 700D with its standard lens). They do also work in a fashion with my Sigma telephoto with has macro function.
