Glucosamine & Chondroitin has some SERIOUS benefits! While I do NOT recommend that YOU do what I did; I am not the only one who has experienced OUTSTANDING results following this course of action. I stopped taking ALL my high blood pressure and cholesterol medications because no matter which brand or dosage I used I still had chronically harsh joint and muscle pain in my thighs, back and knees! In combination with a healthier lifestyle, much better eating habits (stopped all Sugar, Salt, Oil and processed food consumption) and daily exercise over a five month period AND TAKING MOVE FREE ADVANCED GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN daily ... I feel better than I have in years!In February I was on crutches my knees hurt so bad. Over time I was able to stop using crutches and just used athletic knee wraps on my knees. As of today (July 31, 2018) I don't use the knee wraps anymore either! The sometimes debilitating but always chronic knee pain is now just a mild discomfort. My A1C is 6. My blood pressure is 122/72; resting pulse rate is 50. (My cholesterol is still a tad high but I'm working on it). All-in-All not bad for this senior citizen! The only thing I take with my dose of Glucosamine/Chondroitin is Vitamin D.By the way my doctors of course didn't recommend that I stop taking my medications BUT they couldn't give me anything to stop my pain and improve my mobility NOTHING THEY GAVE ME WORKED! When I was doing it their way; I was also taking 800 Mg of Ibuprofen to combat the side affects of the medications. That's just plain DUMB!I recommend that YOU read the other evaluations on this product and then don't be afraid to experiment with your own process ... use a journal like I did to memorialize the improvement. I've tried lots of over the counter variations of MSN, Condroitin, and Glucosamine with varying degrees of success, and the prescription poisons Celebrex and Vioxx, and most recently Lodine, the old school prescription arthritis medicine. Nothing so far has done what Move Free has done. As a long time arthritis sufferer I'd be stiff after sitting for any length of time and it would take a few minutes after standing up to be able to walk normaly. Not any more! After the first few weeks of using Move Free I noticed less and less stiffnes in my joints and can now walk immediately upon standing (which is a HUGE win, especially after driving and getting out of the car!). After about three months I stopped taking the Lodine to see what would happen, and haven't taken it again since. As an added bonus the reduction in stiffness and arthritis pain has also improved my mood a hundredfold.My 80 year old mother, who also has a bad case of arthitis, noticed the difference in me and started taking Move Free and it's made her a lot more mobile than she was after just a month.I'm not usually one to review products knowing that there are many who are dying to share their opinion on just about everything, but take it from this old cynical, skeptical osteo arthritic. This stuff really does what it claims to do at a reasonable price and is worth a try.

8 years ago my mothers doctor told her she needed knee surgery because she had two torn ligaments and knee arthritis. My mom is old so I googled her symptoms and came across this. Within a week she was feeling 50% better and even going up and down the stairs with little discomfort by the second week she said not only did her knee feel great but so did all her other joints. She said she was waking up better than she had in the last 10 years and she has never stopped taking this. 8 years later and still feeling good and no knee surgery and now her even older sister us taking it. I wrote these review but wanted to add that since last November I've had horrible knee problems to the point that I couldn't work out like I use too. One knee more than the other because of an old injury. I'm 48 yrs old and decided to try these pills myself. After just a week Im back to working out and running up the stairs. I read some of the reviews about upset stomach, gas ect ect but that has not been my case or my moms. Not that I doubt others might experience these side effect im just stating that's not our case. I just ordered four more bottles for myself. My moms been taking them for 8 or 9 years now and she's never complained about any side affects.

Good product my wife has have a knee problem from quite some years, we been trying out this product for about a week and a half, her for her knee and me for my weak ankle, its been quite helpful, the pain in my ankle has gone completely and im more able to move, wife also doing better from her knee, will test these week with some more WOD's at the box to test them out.The pros:1) Fast acting2) Flavorless3) OdorlessThe cons:1) The pill could be smaller, going to buy the ULTRA next time, just one pill and they say is a lot smaller, i don't have issues with it, wife a little bit, if you don't like taking big pill it could be a problemGave 4 stars for now, ill keep trying them and get more feedback
