Cinematography for Directors: A Guide for Creative Collaboration Paperback – 1 Aug. 2009

I recommend this book to any director who is first starting out and to those seasoned pros as well. I learned a lot from this and will certainly take it all on board now that I am planning my first feature film. The best book I've read on the subject and written for us directors as well. Love it!!!

I really think it's a good book, good examples, nice comments and language. I would recommend it to anyone who's interested ion filmaking.

Great book. After the first couple of chapters you will be concerned you have bought the wrong item as it goes into slightly esoteric views on the relationship between Directors and Cinematographers, but thereafter is a great and insightful read for those entering cinematography/filmmaking.

In this book is a wealth of experience of professionals. This book provides an opportunity to learn their views and attitudes towards a particular issue!
