You can cut the pad to whatever size is needed.
This worked great on helping my wound to heal quickly. The nonstick gauze helped prevent the wound from having the healing area become raw every time I changed the bandage.

Ok for the price but dry out
these are much less expensive than adaptic, and they do the job. They are dryer and dry out more quickly. The answer to that is to take some petroleum jelly and rub it on the top of the bandage. Then it will be moist and adhere better

These are awesome
I had a burn, and these worked so well so the new skin wasn't ripped off when the pad was removed twice a day. I never knew these existed but I am so happy I learned about them.
