My nutritional doctor started me on these. She says they're the best whole food, non-prescription multivitamin out there, and I trust her. Most multivitamins on store shelves are made from stuff your body can't even absorb and utilize.The Nutrient 950 bottle says to take 6 (3 at breakfast and 3 at lunch), but that's only if you are a large person and really want to take that much! Personally, I take 1 1/2 each day by emptying the capsules into my morning smoothie. I used to take 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch but I started noticing dull headaches. Once I cut back the dosage, the headaches went away.You'll know this multi is working because your urine will become bright yellow, almost fluorescent green-yellow! That's how you know the vitamins are actually getting into your bloodstream. If at first your urine doesn't become bright, it probably means your body is REALLY lacking its vitamins.Whatever nutritional deficiencies you have, this multi will replenish. Give it a week and you'll start to notice more energy. Give it a month and you'll notice bigger changes. Great for the immune system. Just what the doctor ordered!And why no copper and iron? My doctor says it's because people generally get way more than enough copper and iron in their daily lives and too much of those two minerals can cause more harm than good. Please talk to your nutritionist first though and get diagnosed for nutritional deficiencies if you think you need more iron.I recommend this product fully. If this wasn't available to me, the next best option is Catalyn by Standard Process, but only a doctor can prescribe that.PS: Drink lots of water with this product!

This is one of the first multivitamin that I could tell a difference in how feel. I thought I was buying another Pure Encapsulation with iron& vitamin k that I had purchased 10 times and never felt any difference. I skipped 2 months then bought a Throne Research multivitamin couldn’t tell anything. Went back to Pure Encapsulation because it is quality with no fillers. My natural Dr. sells this product. Luckily ordered wrong, Nutrient 950 A ( only difference is no iron or vitamin K) After taking for a few days noticed I was feeling better, just feeling normal. This is a big deal for me. I have autoimmune and never feel well. Have been feeling normal for nearly 2 months, you have no idea unless you feel horrible all the time and have given up hope. I take 2daily 1am 1 pm. I also take ascorbic acid, vitamin e, 3 krill oil daily, d3+k2 and NAC 1am 1pm to make glutathione. All important for autoimmune .

This was my second bottle of the Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 A Without Copper & Iron | Hypoallergenic Multi-Vitamin/Min. The first bottle was great and I was so impressed that I ordered a second bottle. I was so excited and ready for the boost I was getting when I took them but I was soon very disappointed. I did make sure I ordered the exact same bottle that I had the first time. They smell and taste the same but do not work the same. I didn't want to leave 1 or 2 stars as they were great the first time and I want to give them a chance. I would love to order another bottle to see if I just got a bad batch but they are costly and I am scared to risk it.

Helps keep me healthy

I've been using these vitamins for several years. I have interstitial cystitis and a lot of supplements/vitamins can "burn" my bladder with all the fillers and other ingredients. But I have no problem with this product. And since taking these, my yearly bloodwork to determine my vitamin/mineral levels always comes out great! They're expensive, but sooo worth it.
