Satisfied by the Manufacturer's response.
The clock I bought stopped working within 3 months.The company sent me a free clock movement, asking me to have it fitted.Unfortunately, even that did not work. I just had a new movement installed as I really like the finish & looks of the clock.Subsequently, we are satisfied with the manufacturer's response.

Beware! Issues with time accuracy.
Don't buy this item. I bought it in Nov, 2024 and in the last 3 months the time turned inaccurate by 10 to 15 minutes thrice. I replaced the battery but again after 2 weeks, the time is running slow by 15min. I can no longer trust the time this clock shows. If it happens again, I'm going to put it to rest for good and buy a digital clock. Not worth the price at all. A defective piece.
