My migraines have dropped down considerably!
I have been taking this product for more than a year now. At first, I was hesitant as there are a lot of products that claim to stop migraines but I was desperate so I decided to give it a try. I have chronic migraines and cluster migraines (I had them almost every day) and it was affecting my quality of life. Botox did not work for me, unfortunately and I could only take Imitrex a couple of times a month, per doctor's order. This supplement was the only one that involved most of the other supplements that migraine websites suggested for migraine relief. Also this was the only supplement, that I found, that had the closest dosage suggested, as well so there would be less pills to take daily (yay!). I also added CoQ (I had to play with that dosage a bit) and after a year of taking these I can say my migraines went down to about half (about 11-15 migraines a month). Although still a lot of headaches (but mostly clusters) I was able to have some time to recover from daily migraines which improved my quality of life tremendously. Now I still take the supplements but with working with my doctor, I also use injectables and I am down to about 5 migraines a month (still alot but I'm not going to complain). I don't know if my body will one day get used to these supplements and then they won't work but for right now, I appreciate the relief I have when I take them.

Great headache/migraine supplement
This supplement works! I generally get headaches 1-3x a week with really bad migraines maybe 3-5x a month. Word of warning when it comes to riboflavin alittle goes a longggg way. 400mg is alot, so I started taking only 1 pill every 3 days since I noticed my urine was neon yellow (riboflavin is fluorescent compound) thats means Im taking more than my body can use. I noticed neon color lasts about 36hr after taking 1 pill so thats how I decided when and how much to take. I currently am taking 1 pill every 2 days and Ive noticed about 1/2 reduction of migraine attack. But please start small and work up if you dont see a difference after 2-3 weeks (I could tell difference by 10days). Also your bottle will last longer if it is effective with 1 pill.

Helps seventy of Migraines and chronic headache
We purchase this item for my son who suffers from chronic headaches and migraines. He takes Mind Ease regularly and says that it helps to reduce the severity of his chronic headaches and minimizes his migraine attacks. On a scale of 1-5, 5 being the worst head pain, Mind Ease keeps his daily headaches at a 1.5 to a 2. Truthfully we keep forgetting to take Mind Ease during a migraine, so we can't confirm whether it works as a migraine rescue aid or not. However, when he feels a migraine coming we double the dose (morning and evening) and that usually helps to keep the migraines at bay.My mother has suffered from severe headaches which she was told were tension headaches, but they had all the signs of a migraine. We suggested that she take MindEase both morning and at night to help with her constant pain. After a week she was able to reduce her dose to once a day and she is now pain free. She takes MindEase daily and reports that this is the first time in her life she hasn't had a headache. We like this product so much we subscribed to Amazon so it comes monthly. MInd Ease has all the ingredients our Naturepath Doctor told us to take, but in one pill, which made it much easier. My Son can see a definite difference when he doesn't use this product. We can only say that it works for him, but if you are searching for some kind of relief, what do you have to loose.

It did help somewhat, but nowhere near the “spectacular” results promised.
UPDATE: I did finally get a chance to get an appointment with a neurologist and show him my migraine/headache log from both before and while I was taking these supplements, and he recommended I stop taking these supplements and throw them out as they were not working for me.-----------Bear with me, this review is a little long.I’ve suffered from headaches and migraines for decades, and my migraine medication only works if I manage to take it before a migraine actually starts (which doesn’t always work, since my early warning signs -usually a tingling on the right side of my forehead- are not always present). My only guaranteed relief after a migraine begins is a shot of Toradol, which means I can only find relief if I happen to get a migraine when A) it occurs on a weekday between clinic hours and B) when there is someone to actually drive me to the clinic (the ER is out of the question because that’s a $500 bill as soon as I step in the building).Since a neurologist can’t squeeze me in until later this year, I thought I’d try supplements in the meantime. I used Clear Mind for the entire month of January and compared my results to previous months on no supplements. I usually have 4-9 migraines a month and end up needing to visit the QC clinic at least once a month for a Toradol shot. I use a free app called Migraine Buddy to help keep track of my migraines, as well as track their pain intensity, duration, and early warning signs. I used the data from this app to compare to previous months and gauge the effectiveness of this supplement. Results:My regular headaches decreased from 6-7 days per week to 4-7 days per week. That made a bit of an improvement in how well I was able to do my work.My average number of migraines per month dropped only by one, however the average pain intensity of my migraines dropped from a 7 to a 5.5 on the pain scale, and my medication seemed to start working more effectively (though that is unverified). Usually I need 2 Relpax to fight a migraine, but on this supplement, one would usually work. Before taking the supplement, Relpax failed to stop or reduce the intensity/duration of my migraines about 40% of the time. On the supplement, I noticed that Relpax seemed to be 10% - 15% more likely to reduce the intensity of migraine pain and duration.I do feel this particular supplement helped somewhat, but my headaches and migraines are still present and badly affecting my ability to work to my fullest capacity. I also did not notice any mental clarity (my headaches often induce a sort of "brain fog") and there was no changes in my mood or ability to handle stress as advertised. FYI, but this stuff will turn your pee bright yellow. Like, neon highlighter marker yellow. My husband walked in just as I got up to flush after urinating and asked me, “How are you still alive???” thinking I was massively dehydrated.

Not for me
Sorry but the ingredients in this gave me a horrible stomach ache every time I took it. Waste of money since I can’t take it. I wish some of these supplements companies would sell trial size supplements to see about side effects.
