Sharp blades produce a nice point
I needed several pencil sharpeners for use in my classroom. These have been excellent. The blades are sharp, and sharpen the pencils smoothly and easily. Capturing the filings is essential when kids are doing the sharpening. The bright colors make them easy to spot in the middle of the craft materials chaos of kids projects in process on the table.

Nice Purchase
We purchased these bulk pencil sharpeners to put in some bags that our honor society packed to send to children in another country. They are just as pictured and seem to be good quality. I would recommend these.

Ok for Elementary Class
Bought these for my daughter's 3rd grade class since they weren't allowed to use the classroom sharpener. They worked as excepted and a good little sharpener for the cost. According to my daughter, some of her classmate's sharpener broke. And they breake apart or would crack when they fall off their desk.

Very delightful!
I love these sharpeners. I tested one, and it worked perfectly. I am unsure how long they will last because I have just started using them, and I will be giving the rest to friends for their young kids at school. So, until then, I cannot comment on their durability.

Not tough enough for middle school
The sharpeners work ok, but they are not sturdy enough for middle school. The sharpener breaks off from the lid to easily. Also, the lid doesn't fit very tightly, so they frequently open and spill the shavings.
