Packing clerk or superior sent/allowed a leaking oil paint tube to customer. Annoyed.
The media could not be loaded. Only 1 of 2 artists oil paints was tightly wrapped in plastic. When opened it oil was smeared inside the bag and on the entire tube. Quite a mess. After cleaning it I fully inspecting it. No visible cracks. Assuming cap was loose or isn't fitting properly, not sure. Clearly the packaging clerk and possibly the over seer knew about the leak and sent anyway. Very disappointed and annoyed. I may send it back even though it may not be leaking to avoid any future problem.
