Works just not for what I want
This seemingly works pretty well. The circles that get cut fall into a sliding piece so you do not lose them. Unfortunately this will not work for what I wanted it for. I bought a 2.5 inch and a 1.5 inch. I planned to punch out bigger circles then punch out the center and essentially make a ring. I cannot do that evenly with this punch. I cannot put the card stock far enough back into the punch to center the circle. That's all I bought these for and I cannot do that with this smaller one. So it works just not for the project I'm doing.

Circle craft punch
Product Name: circle punchDate of Purchase: 2024Reason for Purchase: to make cup cake toppers, cute scrapbook paperFeatures: easily cut the perfect circleQuality: greatValue for Money: i picked the cheapest i could find in the size range. Works well for the cost.Pros: cut a perfect circle quickly, clean cut, durable, easy to use, nice size. Pretty accurate once lined up.Cons: it's a little hard to see if you are trying to line up an image. I found taking the guard off the bottom so I could see and once it's lined up punching it upside down works well.Overall Rating (out of 5 stars): 5I would definitely recommend this product for others, it's worth the buy

Use real paper
It is important to know that this is not for papers like Christmas, foil, thin sheets, etc. It is for real paper. If you do too thick of something like cardboard you'll be buying another. With that being said, this is perfect for punching 2 in holes and makes awesome scrapbook things!!

Cutter
The structure of the item is sound. You’re able to punch the papers well. I had planned to use this as a whole puncture for some door hangers, but it cuts too close to the edge of the paper. The product just was not what I was looking for, but the cutter was still good

Time Saver! Best for thicker cardstock
Great value & time saver for the price! So far have punched ~100 circles on 65lb cardstock & a few copy paper pages & still going strong w/sharply defined edges & no fraying. Was a bit worried reading other reviews about item dulling quickly or paper getting stuck, however, the occasional circle punch that isn’t extruded is easily removed by carefully tapping on just one side of the paper circle’s outer edge (flips it to make an easy grab - see 1st pic). Box packaging itself explains which materials punch is best for (see 2nd pic of instructions on green box)

Fit my need perfectly
I bought this with a very specific purpose in mind. I was making some 'flight' boards - like you would see in a brewpub where you can get a 'flight' of several different types of their product. I was using small jars for these instead of the smaller glasses that were normally used. The recess to fit these jars needed to be 2-1/2". I could have just finished the wood in the recess and called it a day, but I thought it would look nice to put some cork in the bottom. This meant I needed 2-1/2 inches of cork sheet. Preferably adhesive backed.I couldn't get that, but I was able to get squares. Enter, this punch. The squares are a bit over 1mm thick, which this punch can easily handle. They are not quite as tough as card stock, which this punch is supposed to handle, so I figured it would handle my cork with no problem. I figured correctly. Perfect 2-1/2" circles. Now I just have to give the flight board with snack tray a final polish and it is done.

Great size
Perfect size for what I needed. Easy to use. In order to get the perfect cut though, I had to take the bottom off and turn it upside down to align it. Otherwise you can’t see the alignment
