I have bought many of these, but with the extra piece on the back, it makes the neck feel so much better. This is my second one. I love it and I’m sure I will buy another when the time comes when it wears out because I use it quite often.

So wish I had ordered this before very soothing, and very easy to use!The color is gorgeous. The warmth is wonderful. Great guy wouldn't hesitate to buy again and now I'm looking at other items that they have from the store. It looks like they have hundreds of items great by very happy with the seller asked a question within half an hour, I had my answer!!

The pad provides good even heat. It feels a little moist but not wet once you pull it out of the microwave. Make sure you follow the directions for heating, folding it differently for each episode of heating. My only complaint really has to do with the area I want warmed and I don't know if they could design a better shape. If you are sitting up, the pad lays over the shoulders well and also gets the bottom of the neck just like it should. But if you want to lay down, the individual sections don't lay well all the way around the neck. I only get the heat with the portion of my neck laying on top of the pad.

My first review was 3/5, because I felt the product didn't retain heat for a period of time. I've found that I was able to double the time in the microwave by flipping it around, and it did help. It stays warm and because it's weighted, stays put. Would recommend!

Hard to keep on your shoulders if you aren't holding on to it due to the weight in the back

The weight of this neck wrap is perfect, it almost reminded me of a small weighted blanket. I can’t use weighted blankets because I don’t want my dog to get under it and get smothered, so this is a nice option for me to still be able to have some weight on me in a comforting way. I also love that this is not a plug in item, and I can use it wherever and don’t need to be near a plug. It also perfectly covers the neck and shoulder areas, it’s the perfect size.I did struggle with microwaving it. It’s really big, and my microwave is small. I couldn’t lay it out like I was supposed to to warm all areas. So some areas just didn’t get warm. That was the only flaw with this product. I didn’t know how to fix that though because it is the perfect size for doing its job.The heat lasted about 30 minutes. I microwaved it for 2 mins. I wish the heat would last a little longer, but it’s sufficient for mini heat therapy sessions while I’m at my desk or relaxing.I’d definitely recommend this product, even with the microwaving issues. It’s like a nice warm hug around your shoulders.
