Best nutritional supplement from liver disease

Okay product for Liver issues
I bought this for my dad who is diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and was hoping this product will relieve his hepatic encephalopathy issues but doesn't seem to have an effect on that yet. May be its too early to tell. However his energy levels have been satisfactory after consuming this product. It tastes a bit odd but that's expected from such products with BCAA I guess. Have purchased the second packet and will post another review if I get better results on continued use.

More natural ingredients would be nice.
It's a little expensive and the ingredients are not as natural as I would like, so I'm not taking it as often or as regularly as I expected. More time needed to know how my body is responding.
