Bath of our dreams
My kids and I love this tub! It’s a deep soaking tub and it is perfect for my kids and their bath time. The only small detail is that it is slippery when wet. Otherwise, we truly love it! The above picture is before our remodel was fully completed. I can’t wait to take a bath for myself in there as well. Very easy to clean too.

Beautiful, but chips very easily
It’s a beautiful tub and is amazing to soak in. It chips so easily though. A shaving can falling from the ledge shouldn’t be enough to chip it. I’m disappointed for sure, since I thought KOHLER represented quality.

eFaucets has terrible customer service - refusing to refund $ for damaged tub
This is for eFaucets, not the tub. The tub was delivered in May but the remodel project it was for got delayed. I visually inspected the tub in the box and it looked fine. It was kept on the pallet, in all of the original packaging at the back of my garage and was untouched until the plumber went to install it. When they unboxed it and went to install it they found a crack and evidence that it had been dropped in shipping. eFaucets is refusing to make a refund since it has been more than 30 days since the purchase. The damage was not visible until it was fully unboxed and removed for install. There was NO WAY I could have found the damage any sooner than this but eFaucets is not willing to consider an exception to their 30 day policy. I have purchased may other items from Build dot com and, unfortunately, found shipping damage to a vanity well after 30 days. Build immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked and no hassle. Don't buy from eFaucets - they don't stand behind what they sell.

Bathtub was as described
Love the tub! It arrived 2 days before expected and only one day after ordering it. I highly recommend buying from this seller. Will definitely choose them over others. The delivery guy kindly even rolled it into my garage and took the crate. Very happy!

Very attractive soaking tub
Love this tub. However, the first one was cracked. Amazon quickly had it picked up, refund given, and we were able to order a second one which came in perfect condition. It looks very nice. It is deep for soaking but not difficult to get in and out of.

Incredible deal, and arrived quickly
Absolutely best decision to purchase. Easy install, looks beautiful. Getting a matching kohler drain is highly recommended. Both arrived same day. Ordered on Monday, arrived following Friday.Tub is in, surrounding walls were tiled with subway tile.Came from Build.com. First class service with carrier they hired.

The thinnest acrylic coating, easy to chip, no warranty
Chipped after using for 1 week. Dropped a squeegee. Kohlers one year warranty doesnt cover "that", even though the coating is the thinnest you could possibly imagine. They also dont have a repair kit. shocking! If I had this purchase to do over, I would go for a el-cheapo tub and spend $800 to have it refinished, instead of paying $1000 and spending another $800 to have it refinished (even though brand new). Have very little expectation for this tub and cheapo (expensive) drain either. Who knows. Maybe they'll suprise me? If you feel like you need THIS tub, plan to buy your own repair kit and you'll definitely need a bath mat, whether you think they are tacky and high maintenance or not. Good luck! These kind of companies will be held accountable for ripping people off one day. But you got me this time Kohler! Won't be buying your stock anytime soon!
