The hat arrived somewhat crumpled and not as full as pictured, but the size and colors were spot on. I ordered 2 months in advance and took it out of the package as soon as it arrived. It had plenty of time to “fix itself.” And it did. I was prepared to have to steam it. No need. It fit snuggly around my head. At times it seemed too big to see around it. Lol. I will be buying more colors for the Derby. # GoBabyGo

I am delighted with the quality and the design. The black & white hat with detachable fascinator (side organza petals & white leaf portion) is perfect for the Derby-watch party I'll attend. The hat is just as pictured, with very wide brim and organza material ruffles around the outer edge. It fits well positioned towards the back of my head and tilted - I did not need to adjust the interior pull for tighter fit. It arrived in a large bag inside a large box with the 2 portions separate. It was easy to reshape, and the one crease on hat brim came out with 2-3 minutes of low-heat from my (hair) blow-dryer.

I wore this hat again this year and I received a lot of compliments . I love the look and style of the hat as well as the versatility to wear just the fascinator. It is lightweight and can blow off with a windy day. It is comfortable to wear.

This hat is gorgeous, came on time. It was packaged very well, it was not smashed or wrinkled , only thing I had to do is put the fascinated on it. I highly recommend to buy.

Hat came broken. I had to find another because of the defect

Not sure yet how I feel about this purchase. I'm hoping I can shape it for the tea party I am attending. It would have been perfect had it not been bent. I'm still hopeful.

Whomever shipped this bad boy, I have words for you! You folded it! (insert some bad words here) It took over an hour of ironing and reworking the hat to get it back flat and looking presentable! Luckily, the material can withstand an iron and this is why I'm giving it 5 stars. It looks good since it was fixed. But whomever does your packaging needs a good talking to! Geesh!
