Taste is good, especially for adults. I do find another product, Icelandic Cod Liver Oil, to be superior in taste, and my kids even like that one.

I was given cod liver oil as a young boy, and all I can remember about that experience was a terrible taste. This Lysi with lemon is almost quite pleasing. You will not taste fish at all. The lemon flavor is a little funky, but overall this cod liver oil is easy to take. I’d say Lysi is worth giving a try. I like it.

Like other review, my wife went to Iceland and tried this at each restaurants she went. She has minor ulcers problem. When it happens, it is very painful to see her crawling on bed with pain. She noticed it got better during the trip. Both I and her started to take this after she was back. Now, her ulcers is gone. Amazing stuff!

A friend suggested this brand and stated she would normally but this overseas when she traveled because it was less expensive there. We "splurged" and bought here on Amazon. Vitamins A, D and E are added to the oil and has a "natural flavor" which if you know anything about flavors in products, unless the flavor is "organic natural flavor" then the "natural flavor" is derived from one of thousands of chemicals to create the flavor. We would not buy this again based on that alone.
