Seems to aid in blood sugar stabilization.
I use it in conjunction with benfotiamine and my regular meds. Thus far my blood sugar seems stable and my digestion of food has improved. Also, I exercise a bit and eat a fairly balanced diet, as well as maintain low stress levels. One capsule daily, with breakfast, seems to be working for me, at age almost 70. Thus far, no adverse side effects. Not medical advice, but I’m seeing positive results from using this supplement. General advice, though, consult your health provider before use.

R LIPOIC ACID a Good supplement for many of us..especially OLDER people
Alpha Lipoic acid is such a great supplement as it helps other supplements to be recylcled.so to speak..--So I call it theBargain Vitamin . The R A Lipoic is more effective so I have taking it for quite a while now. this is a Fair Pricedsupplement I will purchase it again. Give It A Try!

The tiny capsules are super easy to swallow. Plus ,they do NOT contain flow agents. My body craved the ingredients and I had to discipline myself to take the amount recommended on the bottle. I was ready to swallow half the bottle! I cannot say I saw positive benefits right away. But the skin on the back of my hands looked years younger in three days when I did not buy this product for skin beauty. My skin looked noticeably clearer and luminous. Even my sister complimented me and asked what skin care tool did I use. I ordered three different vitamins from this company because I loved using the R Lipolic Acid so much! Works better for me than Alphna Lipoic Acid. No expiration date on product. Just a stamp showing the manufacturer date, which was a full year ago. So, not only was I sent a bottle that was not exactly fresh, I have no idea how long it’ll be effective. Not happy.
