I have the vq35de in my 350 and this clutch swapped right in with no issues. No mods or anything. Clutch kit is technically own replacement. Maybe lighter flywheel if anything

The clutch feel will be the similar to oem.

Q: Does it come with the throw out bearing?

This kit includes a release bearing, but it is also recommended to order a new collar that sits on the release bearing.
