Caran Dache Ballpoint Pen, Orange, with SwissRide Blue Medium Cartridge

I have a number of Caran D'Ache pens some more expensive than others. This type of low cost pen is very comfortable to use and writes very smoothly, probably as good as the more expensive versions. There is a good selection of colours and refills are available in black and blue. I would recommend.

Absolutely love this pen. Great design, beautiful haptic and great colour (orange and turquoise).The clip broke on mine after a couple of weeks. Since I don’t use the clip, I assume it was a material fault, but I received a replacement free of charge in 48 hours.

The weighty, high quality feel of this pen surprised me when I first used the 888 Infinite from Caran d'Ache. The pen writes very smoothly and is a pleasure to use. The refill in my pen unfortunately keeps leaking blue ink but I think this is a one off problem with my pen. I have black refills ready to use if it gets too annoying. I would recommend this pen, and the colour range is great!

... for what I wanted which was simply a white bodied ballpoint pen.It writes reasonably well and has a nice 'shaped' grip which is pleasant to hold.Otherwise it's just another ballpoint pen!

Looks great but the cartridge has almost run out which makes the writing illegible.

Unfortunately the last two of these pens I bought have been absolute rubbish. The first one had spotty ink from day one, really poor roller ball couldn’t write at all with it. Second one stopped working one month in.
