My daughter has always been an unadventurous eater. One thing she actually does eat which surprises me is feta cheese. Now I know that’s not blue cheese, but for some reason when I saw this salt, it reminded me of how when I was a kid, our family used to put salt on our watermelon. And for some reason, we ate our cantaloupe with cheese.So seeing this salt gave me the idea to put it on watermelon and see if my daughter would try them together. The first time we got a watermelon this spring, I asked her to try a little bit of it. I got lucky in that the watermelon was especially juicy and sweet for so early in the season. My girl was wary and I was actually nervous, but she tried it and I was sure she hated it by the look on her face.I was chalking it up as a loss and putting the container away, when she said, “Hey, can I have more, please?” Yay!I tried it later, and it really is a nice, satiating, juice-drippingly sweet mouthful, sprinkled with a pleasantly biting, salty, mild blue cheese flavor. I’m starting to brainstorm now on other things to put it on: chicken wings, popcorn, edamame, salad, toast...

Don't listen to anybody who's telling you that this salt isn't great. It's fan-freakin'-tastic! I LOVE rubbing it on steak or chicken before throwing them on the grill. It adds a delicious, sharp flavor to pretty much anything. I am so in love with this seasoning, and I'll absolutely be buying it as a staple item in my pantry from now on. The salt itself is very finely crushed, and is more a powder than it is a traditional "salt". Upon tasting it for the first time by itself, I found myself reaching my finger right back into the container for a second go. The sharp, cheesy flavor combines perfectly with a salty follow-up that'll jumpstart your tastebuds and keep you coming back for more.This was my introductory product to the company, and I'm definitely going to be purchasing more.

Its got a pretty good flavor but the wasabi is pretty mild compared to the salt (we had hoped they would be about equal). You have to use quite a bit to get the wasabi flavor but in turn you end up with a pretty salty dish.

This salt comes in a well made tin with a magnetic base. The blue cheese flavor is noticeable and overall taste is fine. My only disappointment is the fineness of the grains. It's a superfine grain, almost a powder. Perhaps it was mentioned in the product description and I may have missed it, but for me, I'd like to have seen a larger coarse size.

Buying more! Going to get all the spices!

This tastes terrible. I bought it because I could not find the one I usually purchase at Cost Plus World Market. I tasted it by itself and I convinced myself the taste would be better and more wasabi like when put on food. Not the case at all. I cannot place what this salt tastes like but it is not wasabi. The wasabi flavoring is a fine powder that is separate from the salt granules. It’s all around a disappointing product.

This is one of my favorite sea salts from this company. Really great flavor.

This product intrigued me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it. It was bigger than some of the reviews talked like it was. I like the taste and it was packaged well
